Ready for health as a special needs

caregiver?

We help special needs families better their health, one bite at a time!

Bible based, functional nutrition and whole foods first.

Hello! My name is Sharon 👋

And I’m a special needs caregiver and sibling, just like you. I’m also a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP), with further trainings in nutrigenomics and picky eating.

Not only have I improved my health and that of my family, I’ve also worked with clients in Singapore and the US to help them build a healthier lifestyle and eat better – using Biblical principles and functional nutrition science.

I’ve also taught interactive nutrition sessions at various organisations serving families living with special needs.

In a previous career, I’ve also worked behind the scenes of fast-growing holistic wellness and farm-to-table brands.

Nothing beats the joy that comes from seeing the people I care for improve their health, day by day, and slowly moving the people around them to do the same – all without persuading, nagging or manipulation, but with love and a truly transformed outlook to health.

A fuller account of my personal story and motivations for wanting to serve my fellow special needs caregivers is shared here possiblenutrition.com/about

The other day a client told me that her son who didn’t use to eat much veggies was going to cook vegetable soup for the family that night – that made me smile at my own dinner. These moments are some of the best, and I hope to share one with you too!

Why functional nutrition?

Caregiving is beautiful.
It is also demanding - spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically.

Many special needs parents and caregivers struggle day-to-day with taking care of themselves well. Some go on to develop conditions after years of putting their health on the back burner.

Possible Nutrition helps you:

#1 Understand the root and complicating factors in

  • your family and personal health history
  • your lifestyle
  • your health priority and goal

#2 Identify the key leverage point to maximise your health outcome, including identifying any whole-foods nutrients that may be lacking in your diet. We are very open to collaborating with your existing healthcare team!

#3 Find ways to implement the action steps in your real life (so you are not left hanging not knowing how to go about things)

How We Help

Step 1: Choose support level

We will discuss some ideas on how we can go forward together, for your decision based on your goals and considerations.

Step 2: Share your health journey

Tell us about your health story - the highs and the lows, we'll hear it all! We promise there is no judgment from us, and we will only use the information to personalise your care.

Step 3: Enjoy your health!

Start to feel better as quickly as 1-2 weeks of taking action for your health.
