Ready for health as a family with

special needs?

We help persons with special needs and parents/caregivers with nutrition and eating – one bite at a time!

Rooted in Biblical principles and robust functional nutrition science, we take a lifestyle and whole-food first approach to your health.

Is this your experience?

Caregiving is beautiful.
It is also demanding - spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically.

Many special needs parents and caregivers struggle day-to-day with taking care of themselves well. Some go on to develop conditions after years of putting their health on the back burner.

Possible Nutrition helps you:

#1 Understand the root and complicating factors in

  • your family and personal health history
  • your lifestyle
  • your health priority and goal

#2 Identify the key leverage point to maximise your health outcome, including identifying any whole-foods nutrients that may be lacking in your diet. We are very open to collaborating with your existing healthcare team!

#3 Find ways to implement the action steps in your real life (so you are not left hanging not knowing how to go about things)

From our special needs family, to yours.

We care about your family like we do our own.

There is nothing we will recommend to you that we would not use with our family.

This is why we developed the POSSIBLE™ approach to support your health –

biblically-based, science-informed, personalised to you, trackable and measurable.

Hello! My name is Sharon 👋

I’m a special needs caregiver, just like you. I’m also a Nutritionist who specialises in working with persons with special needs (Intellectual Disability, Autism, Down Syndrome, and others). I am Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition®, a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP), certified in Sequential-Oral-Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding (for picky eating) and have further trainings in nutrigenomics, lifestyle and functional care.

Not only have I improved my health and that of my family, I work with individuals and organisations in Singapore and internationally to help them build a healthier lifestyle and eat better – using Biblical principles and nutrition science.

I’ve also taught interactive nutrition sessions at various organisations serving families living with special needs.

In a previous career, I’ve also worked behind the scenes of fast-growing holistic wellness and farm-to-table brands.

Nothing beats the joy that comes from seeing the people I care for improve their health, day by day, and slowly moving the people around them to do the same – all without persuading, nagging or manipulation, but with love and a truly transformed outlook to health.

A fuller account of my personal story and motivations for wanting to serve my fellow special needs caregivers is shared here possiblenutrition.com/about

The other day a client told me that her son who didn’t use to eat much veggies was going to cook vegetable soup for the family that night – that made me smile at my own dinner. These moments are some of the best, and I hope to share one with you too!

A great experience with Sharon, having very positive mind, great support to client. Wish we have known this program many years earlier. Good for children to start young.

Victor, father to young adult with special needs

This programme has been very educational for me, my child and even the family in making healthy choices of food, (even outside home) The guidelines are helpful in all situations (eg pairing of food types: fruits with nuts is better than just fruits- 'cos of blood sugar issue). I learnt much from Sharon's sessions , which are clear, helpful , useful and very informative. Thanks to the sharing from the other mothers, which gave me more ideas to work with my child.

Constance, mother to young adult with special needs

Sharon is so caring and understands our struggles. Quick to cheer us on and is a wealth of information. I am now much more mindful of the choices we make towards our nutrition and health. Highly recommend 🩷
