I was connected to Sharon through a mutual contact and we hit it off right away! Setting up a time to meet with her was really easy -- despite being 14 hours apart. Once we got through introductions we had a really good time bouncing ideas off of each other for the podcast and just got to know each other on a personal level pretty easily. Recording with Sharon was also really great because she put a lot of thought into our conversation. I run my podcast pretty informally, and even then Sharon brought a lot of good insight into the topics we were talking about and also was a great listening ear. Recording was a breeze and was pretty much the same as if we were just having a regular conversation. Sharon also went above and beyond and even made an exclusive download for listeners of my podcast 🙂
